All I can say when I finish this one was:
1- I want a Fane
2- I want the second book like...NOW
The book starts out kind of cheesy, the usual teenage love at first sight. But yeah...not so much.
The characters are really strong, they know what they want from scratch and what they want is each other. I LOVED Jacque´s personality from minute one when she wears the t-shirt “I’m not stubborn, my way is just better.” just to let the guy know she has a personality...genius.
They lay eyes on each other across the street, meet (using the oldest excuse in the book, bring food over to introduce myself)and fall crazily in love in less than a week.
That´s one of the things I liked about the book, the author doesn´t mess around of spends 10 chapters describing the exchange of intense looks she just lays it out there.
The fact that Fane is mysterious exchange student from Romania it´s a refreshing turn around to the usual tormented mysterious kind we´re so used to.
All I can say because I don´t want to spoil anything is that this book is GREAT. The characters are so savvy and even towards an alpha they are not afraid to speak their mind.
This saga is a YA must. Pick it up, you won´t be disappointed.
